AIM Learning
JK- Gr. 12
AIM KW School is an elementary school that teaches the Ontario elementary curriculum from kindergarten to grade 8. Our innovative approach to education provides a supportive and enriching environment for students to thrive and reach their full potential.

AIM Early Years
JK-Gr. 1

Our Early Years Program (JK-Grade 1) offers a balanced approach that blends experiential, traditional that is child-centered. We believe that children thrive when they feel connected, engaged, and supported in their learning journey.
Through phonics-based literacy instruction, we help young learners develop strong reading, writing, and spelling skills. In mathematics, students explore foundational concepts using both traditional methods and hands-on, real-world applications, making learning meaningful and engaging.
We emphasize the values of communication, community, and responsibility by providing opportunities for students to learn at their own pace while fostering a sense of belonging. Our multi-age approach encourages collaboration between younger and older students through mentorship, clubs, and school-wide activities, creating a supportive environment where every child feels seen and valued.
At our school, learning is more than academics—it’s about building confidence, curiosity, and a love of discovery that lasts a lifetime.
AIM Middle Years
Gr. 2-6

Our Middle Years Program nurtures students as they navigate new challenges, build independence, and discover how they learn best. We believe that growth happens when students feel connected, engaged, and supported in both their academic and personal journeys.
Through a balanced approach that blends hands-on experiences with structured learning, students deepen their learning through mastery of skills.
As students develop, they also explore their personal learning preferences, discovering strategies that help them succeed. Whether through independent study, collaborative projects, or interactive discussions, they learn how to advocate for their needs and take ownership of their education.
We emphasize the values of respect, responsibility, and resilience by fostering a strong sense of community. Students learn to communicate effectively with peers and teachers, navigate friendships, and manage emotions as they grow. Our multi-age opportunities—such as mentorship, leadership roles, and school-wide activities—encourage teamwork, empathy, and a sense of belonging.
At AIM KW School education goes beyond academics. We support students in becoming confident, curious, and compassionate individuals, equipping them with the skills to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
AIM Upper Years
Gr. 7-8

As students move through Grades 7–8, they develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for success in high school.
Our program blends academic excellence with real-world learning, guiding students as they deepen their understanding of themselves, their communities, and the world.
Through interactive learning experiences, students explore complex topics, ask meaningful questions, and engage in critical thinking. They develop strong research skills, learning how to find and evaluate credible sources, form well-supported arguments, and communicate their ideas effectively. Independent study habits are nurtured through structured support, teaching students time management, organization, and strategies for lifelong learning.
AIM High School
Gr. 9-12

Our online high school platform offers a diverse range of courses for students in Grades 9 to 12. AIM KW High School educators/facilitators provide supplementary instruction, as well as assistance with goal setting, encouragement and motivation. Our high school students have the use of a full-sized gym and are able to participate in physical activities regularly; their attendance at AIM KW High School combines the best of online learning, with important in-person touches and school experiences.
