Our Registration Process
At AIM KW, we believe that every student and family deserves a school that is the right fit. Our acceptance and registration process ensures a thoughtful and personalized approach to admissions.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Prospective families can reach out by calling our office or submitting a request for information on our website. A member of our team will follow up to schedule a preliminary phone call.
Step 2: Introductory Chat
This is a casual, get-to-know-you conversation where we answer any initial questions and learn more about your child’s educational needs.
Step 3: School Tour
We invite families to visit AIM KW and spend time getting to know us. We encourage students to attend, as this is an opportunity for both sides to see if AIM KW is a good fit.
Step 4: Visit Day
Your child is invited to experience a day at AIM KW, ranging from 30 minutes to a full school day, based on their comfort level. This allows our educators to assess fit before moving forward with registration.
Step 5: Reference Check
With parental consent, we may contact previous schools, teachers, or individuals familiar with your child’s learning experience.
Step 6: Registration Form
Families receive a link to our online registration form, which includes required student details and permission to request your child’s Ontario Student Record (OSR) from their previous school.
Step 7: Official Enrollment & Payment Setup
Once enrollment is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions to set up payment arrangements for tuition and fees.
Step 8: Payment of Deposit & Fees
To finalize enrollment, we require:
✔ A deposit of two months' tuition (first month + June tuition)
✔ Payment of Registration & Resource fees
✔ Families who pay for the full year upfront receive a 5% discount
